If you manage seasonal homes, long-term rentals, or condos in the valley, a leak at an owner's property needs a fast, well-documented response. We can refer you to an independent CSLB-licensed restoration contractor serving that city.
What helps the contractor
- Property address, access instructions, and gate or HOA contact
- Owner contact and authorization to proceed
- Photos of the source and affected rooms
- Insurance carrier and claim number, if the owner has opened a claim
Good practice for managers
- Keep each property's main shut-off location documented with a photo.
- Confirm in your management agreement who can authorize emergency mitigation.
- Make sure the owner signs any contract with the restoration contractor, or has authorized you in writing.
- Verify licenses at cslb.ca.gov.
How our referral works
We are a referral service, not a contractor. When you call or send a request, we connect you with an independent restoration contractor licensed by the CSLB who serves your city. You contract with and pay that contractor directly, and you are always welcome to choose someone else.
